The basis of our operation is customer satisfaction. We strive to supply all ordered items free from defects, within the agreed delivery time, and in a way that maintains and confirms our customers' confidence in us as a capable supplier of aviation and automotive products.
A range of investigations and reports are used for observing the level of satisfaction among our customers. We continually improve our operations on the basis of this feedback.
According to our ISO 9001 quality system we closely monitor any costs caused by defects. Our target is to keep these costs under 0.5 % of our turnover.
The quality and efficiency of our operation is maintained by continually training our people and investing in the most modern production and engineering methods, with the necessary resources ringfenced for maintaining the quality system itself.
All laws and regulations relating to our business are documented and closely adhered to. All employees of Oy Tammer-Suoja Ab are committed to this quality policy, including the management, who review policies in line with our rigorous quality manual.
